J. Caputo is a CPA and the past chairman of the Business
Entities Committee of the Taxation Section of the State Bar of
Michigan as well as a former council member of the Taxation
Section. He is a
published author of numerous tax related articles.
Mr. Caputo has been the lead attorney in merger and
acquisition transactions exceeding $500,000,000.
Martin
J. Brosnan has over 20 years experience in the estate planning
and probate estate area and is a Certified Financial Planner
Certificant™.
Mr. Brosnan served as co-chair of the Elder Law
Council of the Macomb County Bar Association and on the
committee of the Michigan State Bar Elder Law and Disability
Rights Section.
He has published articles on Estate Planning and Elder
Law.
George
Laska has represented the Ukrainian Selfreliance Michigan
Federal Credit Union for over 20 years.
Mr. Laska is a commercial litigator who has been the lead
attorney in a matter where claims exceeded $100,000,000.
He speaks Ukrainian, Polish and some Russian.
Edward
M. Nahhat is an aggressive advocate in civil litigation,
probate and criminal matters. Mr. Nahhat has a special
interest in Entertainment Law and
served as Chairman of the State Bar of Michigan Arts,
Communication, Entertainment and Sports Section.
A recipient of the State Bar of Michigan's John Hensel Award,
Mr. Nahhat also
negotiates and litigates employment issues and real estate
matters.
