commercial, employment, contract and tort. Also experienced in
commercial and real estate transactions, estate planning,
entertainment law and intellectual property. Admitted to
practice in all Michigan Courts and the U.S. District Courts of
Michigan.
Biography. Mr. Nahhat joined Caputo Brosnan P.C. in
1998, and has augmented our litigation staff with an experienced eye for trial strategy and litigation planning. Mr. Nahhat also represents many landlords and builders in real estate
matters. Mr. Nahhat has an Entertainment Law specialty and served as Chairman of the State Bar of Michigan Arts, Communication, Entertainment and Sports Section.
He represents non-profit organizations, show producers,
filmmakers and other artists.
